The Challenge

Every department, estimation, sales, design, HR, admin, accounts, marketing, and social media, was working in its own silo: scattered spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and slow, manual handoffs between teams. There was no single system that reflected how the company actually worked, and it was slowing everything down.

What We Did

• Designed a custom CRM around the company's real, end-to-end workflow.
• Wrote all the code in-house from scratch, no off-the-shelf template.
• Built dedicated modules for every department: estimation, sales, design, HR, admin, accounts, marketing, and social media.
• Integrated the CRM directly with the company's website.
• Integrated AI to automate routine tasks, speed up repetitive work, and surface useful insights across departments.
• Connected the data so it flows cleanly from one department to the next.
